How To Use Your Shoulders Mo Better [Video]

Adequate shoulder rotation is extremely important in martial arts.

In this weeks On The Mats I show you two great exercises I use regularly to help keep my shoulders healthy and strong so I can continue to train martial arts in my 40's and beyond!
